Reel Rollers is a lawn-care companion app for reel mower enthusiasts. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Account details — your email address and display name.
Lawn information — ZIP code, optional property address and map boundaries you draw, grass type, and height-of-cut preferences.
Activity you log — mows, chemical applications, equipment, and maintenance records.
Photos you upload — yard photos, mower photos, marketplace listing photos, and review photos. Uploaded photos are stored in publicly readable buckets so they can display in the app; do not upload photos you want kept private.
Marketplace, booking, and shop data — listings you create, service bookings you make, reviews you write, and shop applications you submit.
Usage data — pages viewed and basic usage statistics that help us improve the app.

How we use it

Your data powers the app's features: weather-based mowing recommendations for your location, growing-degree-day tracking, maintenance reminders, the marketplace, and shop bookings. We do not sell your personal information.

Services we rely on

Supabase — authentication, database, and photo storage.
Railway — application hosting.
Open-Meteo — weather forecasts (receives approximate coordinates, never your identity).
Google Maps — map display and address search.
Anthropic — the AI lawn-tracing feature is currently disabled; no images are sent to Anthropic.
Discord — feedback you submit through the app may be relayed to our private support channel.

What other users can see

Marketplace listings (including your seller name and the contact details you choose to share), community contest photos, shop reviews, and shop profiles are visible to other signed-in users. Your lawn data, logs, and settings are private to you.

Your choices

Edit your profile and lawn details anytime in Settings.
Delete your account in Settings → Danger Zone. Deletion is immediate and permanent: your account, lawns, logs, listings, bookings, and photos are removed.
Location access for map features is optional — you can decline the prompt and enter locations manually.

Children

Reel Rollers is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
